At Flowerstoreph.com, we strive to deliver your gifts and flowers on time, in perfect condition, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our delivery policy to ensure a smooth transaction:

Delivery Fee

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of P400 for deliveries within Metro Manila and provincial areas flat shipping rate of P600.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for Metro Manila orders if placed before 3 PM (recipient’s time zone).
  • Provincial Same-Day Delivery is available for select provincial city areas. We recommend coordinating with our team before completing the order for same-day delivery in these locations. Customers must select items from the Same-Day Provincial Delivery category.

Delivery Date & Time

  • Metro Manila: Orders placed by 3 PM are eligible for guaranteed same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Provincial Areas: Orders placed by 2 PM Manila time will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered next day, unless a specific delivery date is requested.
  • For specific-time deliveries, orders must be placed 3-4 days in advance and this option is only available for Metro Manila deliveries.
  • We accept and process orders For Same Day delivery Province. Customers must select items from the Same-Day Provincial Delivery category.
  • On special occasions, we cannot guarantee time-specific delivery, but all items will be delivered within the day.

  • Same-day delivery is not applicable on major occasions like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. For these events, we recommend placing your order 3-4 days in advance for guaranteed delivery.

Accurate Address & Contact Information

  • Complete Address: Please provide the correct and complete address (including house number, street name, and barangay) and contact number of the recipient.
  • Incorrect addresses or missing details may cause delivery delays. If the address is incorrect and a delivery attempt is made, there will be a $10 re-delivery fee.
  • If we receive an incomplete address, we will attempt to contact the sender or recipient to obtain the correct details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for deliveries within Metro Manila.

During peak seasons and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand events, COD will not be accepted to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

For hassle-free transactions, we recommend using our secure online payment options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Provincial Delivery

  • Door-to-door delivery may not be available in certain provincial areas. In such cases, we will inform the sender before processing the order. The recipient will be contacted to arrange a pickup location.

Lead Time for Special Items

  • Some items, such as special cakes, require additional lead time. Please refer to the specific delivery details of each item before placing your order.

Metro Manila-Only Items

  • Certain items like cakes, balloons, and party foods are available for Metro Manila delivery only.
  • If an order is placed for a restricted item in a provincial area and needs to be canceled, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee.

Food Items for Nearby Provinces

  • We offer special delivery services for food items like cakes, pizza, and party foods to nearby provinces such as Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Pampanga, and Angeles for orders over $160.
  • Delivery is limited to the city proper of these provinces. Please contact us at info@azure-hyena-421900.hostingersite.com to confirm if we can deliver to your requested area. Orders should be placed 3-4 days in advance.

Substitution Policy

We are committed to delivering your gifts on time and in the best possible condition. Due to seasonal and regional availability, we may need to substitute some flowers or items.

  • Flowers: If a specific bloom or container is unavailable, our florist will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value. We strive to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement, considering the shape, size, and color. For single-variety arrangements, the flower type will take precedence over the color (e.g., substituting yellow daisies with another color of daisies, not a different yellow flower).
  • Gift Baskets: In gift baskets, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may choose a replacement of equal value. In case of a returned item, the customer can opt for the same or another item of equivalent value at no additional charge.
